If you are an active military member stationed outside of Florida, you can report a name change to the FL DHSMV and the Division of Driver Licenses online.Use the FL DHSMV Email Response Form and select the “Name Change" option.Be prepared to provide your FL driver's license or ID card number, and e-mail address.The FL DHSMV will respond to your request within 2 business days.
